At HappySoaps, it is important to us that our products are good for you and the planet. That means good for animals too. For this reason, HappySoaps products are completely vegan and cruelty free.
It is no longer necessary to use animal ingredients or products that have been tested on animals. And that's why we don't do it! Simple, right?
Our products and the ingredients we use are vegan. This means that they do not contain any animal products or ingredients. There are plenty of (plant-based) natural substitutes for care products nowadays. They nourish your skin, do no harm and aren’t bad for you or the planet. So why not use it?
Animal-free means that a product is made without harming or killing animals. Our products are not tested on animals. We also do not use ingredients that have been tested on animals and we don’t do business with companies that do.
Of course, our products are tested first. We do this ourselves with the cheerful development team in our own soap factory in the Netherlands. We have many safe, effective, natural and wonderfully fragrant ingredients, which our team is only too happy to test!

Ps. Our cheerful Dog Shampoo Bars are tested on animals: our own dogs ;-) But of course our mild Dog Shampoo Bars themselves are completely vegan and full of natural ingredients.
