Transparency about prices is very important to us. What is in our Bars and what is an honest price for it? Our motto: make plastic-free care products accessible for everyone. Therefore you can expect fair products for a fair price at HappySoaps.
Take a look at the ingredients in the traditional plastic shampoo bottle and the HappySoaps Shampoo Bar. You notice that our Shampoo Bars almost contain the same ingredients, only without the 80% (!) water and unnecessary bad substances for your hair and (head) skin. After all, when only 0.3% of the water on earth is accessible or usable by us, why should we waste it on Shampoo? You already shower with water!

The concentrated form of our Bars ensures that water and (plastic) waste is saved. But how come so much water can be saved?
Traditional shampoo bottles are on average filled with 80% water to dilute the shampoo. With conditioners, the water content is as high as 90%.
This means the bottles take up more space. A larger quantity of shampoo requires a larger plastic bottle. This means more plastic waste and more CO₂ emissions, because more transport is needed to transport the bottles.
The (Shampoo) Bars from HappySoaps contain natural and active ingredients in solid form. By adding water to the bar, which you already use during your shower, you activate these substances. This creates a wonderful foaming effect, just like traditional shampoos.
It is also good for your wallet that our Bars are super concentrated. This means that they last longer than a traditional shampoo bottle and are a lot cheaper. A Shampoo Bar lasts on average 3 times longer than 1 traditional shampoo bottle!
