We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on workdays before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day. If we cannot meet this delivery period for any reason we will inform you as soon as possible.

FreeDelivery is made via the postman or parcel delivery service or a bicycle courier. In general, delivery will take place the next workday between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. In most cases, we send your order as a letterbox-sized parcel that fits through the letterbox, which means that you do not have to be at home. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a tracking code.
Did you accidentally enter the wrong delivery address? Please let us know as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
You can safely pay for your order in various ways. We currently offer the following payment methods:
We deliver completely plastic-free. Our products are packed in a shipping box with a seal. If this seal is broken, the product cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. However, if you are not satisfied with our products, we would like to find a suitable solution together with you..
If the seal is not broken, you have the right to cancel the order up to fourteen days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another fourteen days to return the product after cancellation. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to our shop are payable by you. These costs are approximately €3.95 per package. For the exact rates please consult the website of the carrier. If you make use of the Right of Withdrawal, the product will be returned to the Economic Operator with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@thehappysoaps.com. We will then refund the order amount due within fourteen days of notification of the return, provided the product has already been received in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond repair, we may charge you for the reduced value of the product. Please handle the product with care and make sure that it is properly packed when you return it.
